The Great Exchange program provides commercial, industrial, and service based industries with an alternative solution for resources that cannot be used internally, which helps donors avoid disposal costs and prevents valuable materials from being trashed each year. A community-wide recycling program is being evaluated for various plastic films to include stretch wrap, shrink wrap, pallet wrap, and polyethylene bags (whether clear, color, or print).
